General Policies

Most calls are completed by the end of the next business day.  Current managed print and toner purchasing customers are given priority.  Please make customer service aware if your need is urgent.

A credit card may be required for first time customers.

Our technicians will always ask for authorization before incurring you any costs over the initial response charge and one hour of labor.  If certain persons are or are not able to make these decisions it is the customers’ responsibility to make Reliable Technologies aware of this before the technician arrives.

Our technicians carry identification badges, please ask to verify if you have any concerns.
