Standard Service: A Reliable certified technician can perform laser printer repairs and maintenance for an hourly fee.  There is also a response charge for performing on-site repairs, which are completed by the end of the next business day.  No contract or previous purchases required.  (*credit card required for first time customers)

Preferred Service: Get a competitive price on OEM and/or Reliable brand compatible toner and a reduced hourly service rate with no response charge.  Preferred customers get priority service over standard service customers.

Preferred Plus Service: Sign a two-year term or longer contract for locked in toner pricing and LABOR FREE for break/fix printer repairs!  Preferred Plus customers receive priority over Standard and Preferred service customers.  *minimum purchase required

Full Managed Print: This is the highest and most flexible level of service Reliable Technologies offers.  Managed Print has consistently proven to reduce overall print costs by 30% and increase efficiencies in any size business and in any industry.  Managed Print requires software installation of LaserWatch 2.0 and a detailed print environment study.  Options include: automatic toner delivery and inventory, cost-per-page billing, routine preventative printer cleanings, and service.  Emergency service is completed as a Top-priority.

Other Services: HP and Xerox factory warranties, Image Protection Plans and pre-scheduled cleanings and maintenance are also available.  Reliable Technologies services all manufacturer print devices, including:

• Multi-Function Laser Devices (MFPs)
• Fax Machines
• Scanners
• Wide-Format/Plotters (additional charges apply)
• Impact Printing Devices
