Next day shipping is free for orders over $100. On orders under $100, shipping and handling are based on package weight, volume and delivery method chosen.

Nationwide next day delivery

Next day delivery is provided by Eastern Connection.  Our strategically placed distribution centers across the U.S. report 99.8 percent order accuracy – so you can count on getting the right thing the first time.

Local Delivery

We provide local delivery of our refurbished printers and some stock items. If you have special delivery needs, such as residential, no loading dock, stairs or ASAP, please let customer service know when placing your order.

Empty Laser Toner Pick Ups

If you have empties for recycling we will be happy to pick them up within five business days. Need to send them sooner? We’ll send a UPS call tag via e-mail for their return.

Recycling bins and regularly scheduled pick ups are also available for high-volume customers. Ask customer service for details.
